Bharu VPN operates as a registered Electronic System Operator (PSE).
By downloading, registering for, or using the Bharu app, you agree to these terms in full.
You must be at least 17 years old, or use the service with a parent or guardian's permission.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Each account supports up to 5 active devices, which can be named and revoked at any time from the web dashboard.
Bharu is provided for private, safe internet access — not for illegal activity, fraud, malware distribution, or infringing on third-party rights.
Accounts found engaged in serious abuse — fraud or network abuse — may be suspended without a refund for the remaining active period.
Bharu runs prepaid, like phone credit: you buy active days, and there's no stored card or auto-charge.
When active days run out, the paid tunnel stops and free Saver mode keeps running without interruption.
Refunds for unused days are covered separately in our Refund Policy.
Bharu targets 99.99% uptime but cannot guarantee a connection fully free of disruption.
We are not liable for indirect losses caused by third-party network issues, ISP outages, or force majeure.
We do not log browsing history, connection timestamps, or source IPs tied to your activity.
Data we retain is limited to your account, balance, and payment records required by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by registered email before taking effect.
Questions about these terms can be directed to our Bahasa support team via the app or Bharu's official channels.
